I have used this company before for other plumbing service and they are great. This time they removed my existing fiberglass bathtub unit and replaced it with a brand new one. They got everything done in one day, to include the drywall patching all with their own employees! They have a lifetime customer!
Quick service on a Sunday afternoon. Replaced my entire water service from the meter to the front of the house. Clean and professional service. Definitely recommend them.
Attempted to snake kitchen drain via P trap but was unable to. Had to go under the home and snake via cap to clear clog. Existing drain ran approximately 50’ and has several turns and backgraded sections leading to the clogs. There were also approximately 3 different sections that had fractures. Recommend replacing entire line and properly installing drain to avoid future issues. But also gave the customer the option of just repairing the cracked sections
Customer has 8 shower valves they wish to have replaced in club house. 4 being in the men’s bathroom and 4 in the woman’s bathroom. They also have a floor drain that they said has failed that needs to be repaired.
We removed pee trap from right side sink, clogged with hair removed debree. Reconnected trap and tested thoroughly
Performed leak detection and found that customer in fact did not have a leak in his water service. We found that leak was on irrigation line that ran under the driveway. Instead of performing repair customer opted for capping off line to eliminate the leak. We also installed a new ball valve near meter. Customer requested that we install it after the hose bib. Also installed new hose bib at the front of the house. Checked customers pressure which was at 100 psi. Recommended installing pressure regulator to reduce pressure to the recommended 55-75psi range
Customers existing regulator has failed and clogged with debris. Recommended replacement. Customers exisiring regulator was clogged and after removal we saw there was large amount of roots stuck in it. Replaced regulator and restored pressure to home.
Customer had a 2” x 1/2” galvanized T that was leaking on the 1/2” side. Was able to u thread the 1/2” nipple and thread in a cap to eliminate the abandoned line. Cutsomer also had a leaking union on his pressure regulator. Removed damaged union and installed new union. Tested system and saw there was very low pressure inspected regulator and saw there were large amounts of debris clogging it. Recommended replacement regulator
Customer is not happy with the soaking depth of her existing bathtub and wishes to have it replaced with new tub that has a deeper soaking depth. The current soaking depth is approximately 12 1/4”.
Snaked customers kitchen sink drain via vent on roof. Customer had large amounts of grease in line. Was able to clear grease and get sink draining again
Installed new Bradford white water heater
Customers fill valve and flapper where not working properly. Replaced internals of toilet. Flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly
Replaced customers old kitchen faucet with customer supplied faucet
Customer has damage to property as a result of water that they wish to have repaired. This includes installation of new tiled shower, installation of bathroom vanity, repair of both bedroom closets as well as patching of drywall and painting. Converted customers bath tub into a walk In shower, repaired both closet doors that where removed by previous water mitigation company. Painted both bedrooms with customer supplied paint and replaced carpet padding in back bedroom.
Customer wishes to have a earthquake valve installed at meter for her home
Customer wishes to have their downstairs agh room remodeled to include, new shower, new flooring installation of vanity as well as new doors
